Joan joined Hill Financial Group in 2005. As Vice President of Business Operations, Joan manages operational programs and performance, human resource activities, and the educational programs. Her background in management and human resources has been used to streamline office procedures, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness for the team.

Prior to joining Hill Financial Group, Joan was a Career Center Director at John Carroll University. Joan's previous corporate executive experiences include heading up the Human Resource Department for Globe American Casualty Company, where she served as their first female Vice President. Joan's previous positions include Director of Human Resources, Human Resource Manager for SM Hexter Company, Employment Manager for W.R. Grace, and Buyer for The Higbee Company.
